These terms apply when you buy or use AI Offer Crafter, operated by Sharyph, a sole proprietor. By buying or signing in you agree to them.
What you are buying
AI Offer Crafter is a web tool that reads content you provide and generates offer analysis and a go-to-market package. Access is a one-time purchase (currently $29, an introductory rate for early users), not a subscription. We may change the price for future buyers at any time; the price you paid is unaffected.
Your account and access
You sign in with the email you purchased with. Access is for you personally; please do not share it. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
Your Anthropic API key and AI costs
The tool runs on your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for your Anthropic account, its terms, and every charge it incurs. Cost estimates we show are estimates only. See the Privacy Policy for how the key is handled.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit and of the outputs generated for you, as between you and us. You promise that you have the right to use what you submit, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. You give us only the permission needed to process it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe or overload the service, or to access other users’ data.
- No scraping sites that forbid it. LinkedIn and X content should be pasted in, not fetched.
- No reselling or sharing your access.
Outputs are AI-generated, not advice or a promise
Results are produced by AI from the material you provide and can be wrong, incomplete or generic. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Prices, projections and examples are illustrative. We make no promise that any offer will sell or that you will earn any income. Check outputs and test with real buyers before you rely on them.
Refunds
Please read our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.
Our property
The site, the software, the prompts and the method behind it belong to us. These terms do not transfer them to you, other than your right to use the tool.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will tell you and handle it fairly.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
