Privacy Policy

AI Offer Crafter ("we", "us") is operated by Sharyph, a sole proprietor. This page explains what we collect, why, who handles it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, used to send your sign-in link, plus the dates you created your account and last used it.
  • Your work in the app: the projects, source URLs and pasted text you add, the analyses and offer packages generated from them, and a record of each AI run (model, token counts and cost) so we can show you what it cost.
  • Purchase: your email, the amount, and Stripe’s customer and checkout-session identifiers. Your card details go to Stripe only; we never see or store them.
  • Demo requests: the name and email you enter if you ask for the demo, and the email we send you.
  • Usage data: basic, aggregated visit analytics for the marketing site and blog, collected by our analytics provider (DataFast).
  • Public web pages we fetch for you: when you give us a URL, we fetch that public page and keep the extracted text in a shared cache for up to 7 days so repeat fetches are faster. This cache is not tied to your account.

Your Anthropic API key

The app runs on your own Anthropic API key. The key is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is sent to our servers with each request, used in memory to make that one call to Anthropic, and then discarded. We never write it to our database, and we take care not to log it. You can remove it at any time from Settings or by clearing your browser data.

How we use it

  • To sign you in, run the analysis you ask for, and show you the results.
  • To process your purchase and decide who has access.
  • To reply to demo requests and messages you send us.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who handles your data

We rely on these providers to run the service. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Supabase: authentication and database (your account, projects, results).
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Stripe: payments.
  • Anthropic: your source text is sent to Anthropic to generate results, using your own API key and under your own agreement with Anthropic.
  • Resend and our email provider: sign-in and demo emails.
  • DataFast: site analytics.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that keep you signed in (essential), and local storage for your API key and preferences. Our analytics provider may set its own identifiers. You can block or clear these in your browser, though parts of the app will not work while signed out.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and work until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute handling. The page cache expires after 7 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to export it. Email sharyph@thedigitalcreator.co from the address on your account and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Security

Data is stored with access controls so that you can read only your own projects and results. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.

Children

AI Offer Crafter is for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
