Refund Policy

AI Offer Crafter is a digital product with instant access, so purchases are generally not refundable. We do make things right when something goes wrong.

What we will refund or fix

• You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid but cannot get access, and we cannot fix it.
• The tool has a defect that stops it working for you, and we cannot fix it.

In those cases we will first try to fix the problem. If we cannot, we will refund you.

What is not covered

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Disappointment with generated results. Outputs are AI-generated from your content and are not a promise that an offer will sell.
• Charges from your own Anthropic API account. We do not receive or control those.

How to ask

Email sharyph@thedigitalcreator.co from the address you purchased with, tell us what happened, and include the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
